Notes:

- Hard to imagine taking anyone but Peyton Manning as the first quarterback in their draft. Rodgers is healthy and has some great weapons but Peyton and the Broncos offense are in a class by themselves.

- I love Stafford this season. Lions added Golden Tate via free agency and drafted Eric Ebron. Even their running backs are weapons in the passing game. Look for a career year from Stafford.

- Cam Newton has finished as a top five fantasy quarterback in each of his three NFL seasons. Doubt that's the case this season without much talent around him.

- If you want to stock up on RB and WR and get a value at quarterback then Romo should be your guy. His current ADP (courtesy of the folks from Fantasy Football Calculator) is around the 8th round. Crazy value.

- As much as I love Joe Flacco he has never been a decent fantasy option. Sorry.

- If you're in a keeper league always use a late pick on a rookie quarterback. This year I'd suggest Vikings draft pick Teddy Bridgewater.
